1.How do I know the shipping to my place?

The shipping is calculated according to the actual weight of the parcel to your place. Even the same item, the shipping varies with the country. Each item has its own weight, once you log in and add one item into your cart, you could see the shipping cost for you on the right side of your screen. The shipping varies with the items you add into cart. Therefore, without check out, you could know the shipping to your place clearly.

2.Do you ship items to my place?

We ship to most of the countries in the world. As long as you can find your country in the country list, we do ship to your countries. If you can not find your country in the country list, please contact us at service@myrcmodel.com.

3.What shipping methods does Myrcmodel use?

    1. EMS (4 to 7 business days)
    2. UPS (2 to 3 business days) (only for parts, unassembled or small helicopters)
    3. Registered Air Mail (10 to 20 business days) (only for parts under $120)
    4. Air Mail (10 to 20 business days)(only for parts under $30)

Note:

  1. If there is big battery in EMS parcel, it will take about 3 to 4 days longer than usual;
  2. There is no tracking number for air mail, so you could not track the status of the parcel;
  3. We send air mail and registered air mail by Swiss Post by fault. If you’d like us to send it by HK Post, please write it in the comment bar when you place the order;
  4. Requirements for air mail and registered air mail:
  1. Weight: less than 2kg
  2. Size: length + width + height < 900mm; length < 600mm (Most of the helicopter RTF, Aluminum case,550 or 600 class helicopter torque tube and main blade could not use this shipping method)

4.How long does Myrcmodel take to process an order?

Your order is normally be shipped within 24 hours (except those placed on the weekend and the holiday) once it is placed successfully. We will inform you the delay reason, if there is no shipping information in 48 hours about your order.

5.How do I get the tracking number?

The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you timely when your order is shipped. Besides, you can check your order status through the link which is provided in your order confirmation email. If there is any problem about order tracking, just contact us at service@myrcmodel.com.

6.Is the quality of the goods guaranteed?

All our items are standard products directly from the manufacturers. Besides, all the transmitters, helicopters and cars will be tested before we ship it.

7.What should we do if the package is damaged during the transportation?

If there is obvious damage on the box when the courier delivers the parcel to you, you are entitled to refusing the package.
If the package looks suspiciously damaged, you can ask the courier to wait and open the package to make sure the items in the box are not damaged.
If the damaged box was left or some one signed for it, call UPS or your post office immediately to report the damage. Obtain a control number from them and email at service@myrcmodel.com , we will file a damage claim on our side and keep track of the claim for you. Exchange or refund will be processed for you after the claim is settled.

Return policy

    1. If the item is factory defective, and you purchased it from Myrcmodel within 7 days of contact from the date you received the package, we accept the return. But the item must be in new, unused condition and in its original package. All returns must be authorized by us via phone or email prior to sending the items back. If the items you return to us is proved to be factory defect, we will send you new items or refund. We will afford the cost of resending. If it is found to be workable after we receive and test it, a refund, minus shipping cost and 15% restocking fee will be issued.
    2. If the items had been opened, and you simply do not like the items, ordered the wrong items or it is just what you expected, you can return to us. But the item must be in new, unused condition and in its original package. A refund can be issued minus shipping cost and 15% restocking fee will be issued as we are no longer able to sell it as new products.

Note: All RTF helicopters and electronic equipments are tested to make sure that they are working properly before we ship them to our customers. Please inspect the product when you receive the shipment, identify any issue and report to us BEFORE you try to use/fly it.

Please understand that R/C helicopters can crash if mistakenly used or you do not know how to fly. Any kind of crash or hard landing may cause damages. Hobby-wing will not be responsible for any damages caused by improper or wrong operations.
